Bamboo weaving is a traditional craft that has been passed down through many generations of Thai artisan. However, this precious skill is slowly disappearing as most weavers could not earn enough to survive from practicing their craft.

Wanting to keep the tradition alive, VT Thai has partnered with Mango Mojito to create a special bag that incorporates the bamboo sheet into a classic patina briefcase. It is a perfect marriage between local craft and contemporary design, reviving the ancient art and making it timeless and classic.

Handmade and unique, each bag carries its history and charm depending on the region in which the bamboo is collected. The painted leather and hand-dyed bamboo sheet creates beautiful variations on individual bags turning each one into one of a kind item.

Please note that each artisanal handcraft is made 100% by hand, therefore it might be slightly variation in dimensions, texture, color, pattern and technique of weaving.
